I have over 15 years of experience with hybrid skills in quantitative / qualitative research and experience design. Throughout my days, I ask a lot of questions, listen intently, and synthesize user insights into innovative holistic design solutions.

Design solutions for clients such as O2, Audi, Siemens, Bosch, and E.ON. The majority of my work focuses on developing services to foster customer relationship management and customer engagement. Leading global product design teams and working closely with stakeholders, I effectively deliver and execute business requirements by translating customer needs into tangible services.
Supported clients such as AutoScout24, User Interface Design, Studiomem, and Johnson & Johnson’s Diabetes Group. Most of my projects were in the landscape of website/ app design, service design, future focused innovation, and concept feasibility testing with a range of achievements such as leading a design/research team, product development, and product launches.
Researched and designed intuitive solutions for RTTs 3D Realtime visualization software, DeltaGen. I worked closely with key-users, product managers, developers, and management to optimize and transform the platform for enhanced user experience and performance.
Designed and conducted research projects utilizing various methodologies (user testing, expert reviews, focus groups, eye-tracking, remote testing, physiological, online surveys). Provided clients with actionable solutions and designs.
Collaborated with the Brain, Body, and Behavior group to develop an unobtrusive mood recognition system based on body posture and movement features.
